The precise services available for any particular engagement depend on the accepted project scope and contractual arrangements.

2. Website Information

Information provided on this website is intended to explain our creative capabilities and allow visitors to explore potential collaborations. Descriptions, examples, and other general content do not constitute a binding quotation, guaranteed service outcome, or unconditional offer to contract. We may update website content and service descriptions where appropriate.

3. Project Inquiries and Proposals

Visitors may contact us to request information, discuss project requirements, or seek a quotation. Submitting an inquiry does not create a service contract. Project engagements will be established through an accepted quotation, statement of work, service agreement, or other appropriate contractual documentation.

A project agreement may specify:

  • Scope of services and deliverables
  • Creative requirements and production responsibilities
  • Project milestones and timelines
  • Pricing and payment terms
  • Revision and approval arrangements
  • Intellectual property and licensing rights
  • Confidentiality and data protection obligations
  • Cancellation and termination conditions

4. Pricing and Payment

The cost of creative services depends on the scope and complexity of the agreed work. Pricing may consider video duration, creative requirements, production resources, animation, deliverable formats, turnaround expectations, and other relevant factors.

Payment amounts, currencies, due dates, taxes, and accepted payment methods will be specified in the applicable commercial agreement or invoice. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quotation and authorization.

5. Client Responsibilities

Successful creative projects depend on timely communication and access to appropriate materials. Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, necessary approvals, and any agreed production assets.

Where clients supply videos, photographs, music, scripts, trademarks, personal information, or other materials, they must have the rights and permissions necessary for the intended use. Clients are responsible for verifying product representations, advertising statements, testimonials, and other factual claims they authorize for publication, except to the extent that verification responsibilities have been expressly assigned to us.

6. Production Timelines

Delivery schedules depend on project requirements and the agreed production plan. We will discuss relevant milestones and expected completion requirements before project commencement. Timelines may require adjustment where project scope changes or essential materials, instructions, feedback, or approvals are delayed.

Obligations concerning delivery dates, late delivery, or related remedies will be determined by the applicable agreement and mandatory law.

7. Revisions and Approvals

We recognize that feedback is important to the creative process. The number of included revision rounds, approval stages, and procedures for requesting changes will be established in the relevant project agreement. Requests involving material changes in concept, scope, deliverables, or production requirements may require additional time and fees.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights must be respected throughout production. Unless otherwise permitted, original website text, branding, graphics, audiovisual presentations, and other proprietary materials may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without authorization.

The ownership and licensing of creative works produced for clients will be governed by the relevant project agreement, including permitted use of final exports, original source files, raw footage, design assets, editable project files, and other production materials. Third-party assets remain subject to applicable licensing terms and restrictions.

9. Portfolio and Promotional Materials

The appearance of third-party brands, products, names, or trademarks does not necessarily imply a formal endorsement or ongoing partnership. Client confidentiality requirements and agreed restrictions on promotional use will be respected.

10. AI-Assisted Creative Technologies

Some projects may involve AI-assisted content generation, visual development, audio production, animation, or other creative technologies. Where material to a project, their use should be addressed in the agreed scope of services.

AI-assisted content may have limitations concerning accuracy, originality, rights, licensing, and technical consistency. The parties should agree on review, disclosure, and permitted-use requirements before final delivery.

11. Confidentiality

Clients should identify confidential materials and particular security or access requirements during planning. Where necessary, separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements may be used.

12. Third-Party Services and Collaborators

Certain projects may require software services, licensed materials, external production specialists, or other service providers. Their involvement and responsibilities will be addressed as appropriate in relevant project arrangements. Third-party tools and platforms may impose additional terms, licensing conditions, or technical restrictions.

13. No Guaranteed Marketing Results

Creative production can support brand communication and marketing efforts, but commercial outcomes depend on factors that may be outside our control, including audience preferences, advertising strategy, distribution, budgets, platform algorithms, competition, and market conditions.

Unless expressly agreed under a specific contract, we do not guarantee particular numbers of views, followers, leads, conversions, sales, or financial returns.

14. Cancellation and Termination

Project cancellation, suspension, and termination will be governed by the relevant service agreement and applicable law. Any entitlement to a refund, payment for work already performed, or reimbursement of committed expenses will depend on contractual terms and mandatory legal protections.
