Motion graphics that clarify your message instead of stealing the scene

Good motion design is editorial. It points the eye, makes the idea memorable, and knows when to leave.

Motion graphics that clarify your message instead of stealing the scene
Motion graphics work best when they have a verb. They can reveal, compare, emphasize, guide, or transform. If a graphic has no job, it is probably decoration.

Build a visual hierarchy before choosing an animation. Decide what the viewer reads first, second, and last. Then use timing and contrast to make that order obvious.

Leave space for the idea to land. The most confident motion system includes quiet moments where the footage carries the message on its own.
